Job Responsibilities:
. Manage day-to-day office operations timely and efficiently.
. Perform general administrative & clerical duties.
. Handle phone calls, filing and general admin support.
. Maintain proper filling system.
. Provide administrative support to the team.
. Involve in projects and coordinate company activities as and when required.
. Will need to work on Saturday once a month, fixed by supervisor.
. Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
