MAJOR ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead a team of 10+ across various locations.
- Report to CSLP Manager.
- Provide leadership in capability building and skills transformation.
Logistics:
- Operation planning: Define long-term, annual, and daily plans, including objectives, goals, and targets for transport operation in line with the OpCo logistics strategy.
- Logistics process execution: Coach team leaders in monitoring and improving the transport process execution. Address issues with team leaders. Mobilize additional resources when needed. Perform correct administration of all inbound and outbound shipments.
- Logistics Cost Management: perform strong data analytical and systematic thinking skills to propose a new logistics model based on current actual sales data to propose the best solutions. Apply logistics cost modeling tools in transport tenders, annual planning, LSP management, as well as TPM.
- LSP Management: Manage LSPs and collaborate with them to unlock the value in transportation contracts to realize the Supply Chain strategy.
- Management reporting: Define reporting requirements and use reported information to monitor and control transport performance and drive decision making (using standard transport cost variance methods).
Customer Service:
- Managing the day-to-day operations of the customer service team, which includes, for example, Order Management (from Order to Cash) and Customer Relationship Management .
- Establishing a continuous improvement team by maintaining a Customer Value Pillar through the TPM methodology.
- Building a truly customer-centric organization by coaching, training, and sharing best practices with the CS team and relevant stakeholders.
- Ensuring internal alignment both upstream with Production and Logistics and downstream with Sales and Finance.
- Exhibiting strong process thinking, and the capability to digitalize current manual work streams to become automated processes.
Soft Skills:
- Cross-function communication: Effective communication with different stakeholders. Understanding of end-to-end (E2E) business and supply chain way of working.
