Job Description
- Serve as the primary customer quality contact, managing communications from engineering to leadership levels.
- Lead customer return management, issue resolution updates, and quality reporting requirements.
- Coordinate with internal CQE teams and crossfunctional engineering groups to address product performance concerns.
- Support customers during quality audits and technical seminars as needed.
- Provide timely feedback to internal leadership on customer expectations and product quality insights.
The Successful Applicant
- Holds a BS in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Physics, Materials, or related field, with 5+ years of technical quality experience.
- Experienced in mixedsignal, PC/laptop, or semiconductorrelated fields such as FA, Product/Test, or Field Applications.
- Strong in problem solving, communication, documentation, data analysis, and influencing stakeholders.
- Skilled in semiconductor manufacturing, assembly processes, ATE/bench testing, and production control.
- Fluent in Chinese with good English proficiency and willing to travel domestically and internationally.
