Job Purpose:
- Window to customer for all quality related. Feedback any customer quality concern/quality defect information to factory;
- Lead factory to do corrective actions for customer complaint issues and continuous quality improvements;
- Work with sales to build solid relationship with customers and work with team to provide good quality and service to exceed customer expectations.
Principal accountabilities/Main tasks:
- Communicate with customer for all quality tasks and track quality tasks to be closed (internal and external)
- Involve with project team for Control Plan, PFMEA, Yield Report, etc and review with customer
- Work with product engineer and process engineer to define product spec, SIP, IPQC check list.
- Guarantee product quality control plan implemented from IQC to production.
- Audit production line compliance by acting as customer representative.
- Other tasks assigned by manager.
Skills/Knowledge/Experience:
- Education: Bachelor&aposs major in Mechanical or Engineering. Certificate of Quality Management ( ISO...)
- Experience (Years): 5 years as minimum, 8 years plus is desirable
- Familiar with quality control tools, such as Control Plan, PFMEA, 8D report, Corrective and preventive action report..
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong computer skills including MS Outlook, PowerPoint..
- Pro-active and work carefully, be able to work under pressure
- Ability to analyse and solve problems effectively
