Customer operation and management to improve cross-sales efficiency
- Formulate annual customer operation, list management and cross-sales strategies, plan and execute marketing activities to support operational goals.
- Establish a list usage process and management mechanism to ensure effective use by frontline business and cooperative units.
- Analyze performance indicators and propose performance optimization plans.

Product strategy planning, new product ideas and sales analysis
- Support the strategic planning and planning promotion of insurance products, including Including new product ideas, product positioning and sales strategy planning, regular analysis of competitive markets and peer products, inventory of market gaps and product opportunities
