Customer Account Manager / Trainer (AI, WhatsApp, Omnichannel)

Responsibilities

• Manage SME clients and guide them in their digital transformation journey
• Conduct training workshops (AI, WhatsApp Automation, Omnichannel Marketing)
• Deliver hands-on coaching using tools like:ChatGPT,WhatsApp Business, and internal platforms
• Perform product demos and onboarding sessions
• Design marketing workflows (Lead Gen Automation Conversion)
• Support clients in campaign execution and optimisation
• Co-develop training materials, slides, and case studies
• Build strong client relationships and ensure retention

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• Experience in training, consulting, or account management preferred
• Strong knowledge in:AI tools (ChatGPT, automation workflows), Social media marketing (TikTok, Facebook, Instagram), WhatsApp marketing / CRM systems
• Confident speaker with workshop facilitation experience
• Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking skills
• Passion for helping SMEs grow
• Bilingual (English + Mandarin) preferred
