Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the establishment and enforcement of development standards to maintain code quality and system reliability.
• Facilitate effective communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FI CO Finance.
• Strong knowledge of financial accounting and controlling modules within SAP environments.
• Experience in designing and implementing scalable financial software solutions.
• Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Familiarity with integration techniques between SAP FI CO and other enterprise systems.
• Competence in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to SAP financial modules.
