As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical vision and architectural framework of custom software projects. Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting.
• Strong knowledge of financial accounting processes and integration within enterprise resource planning systems.
• Experience in designing scalable and high-performance software architectures.
• Ability to lead technical teams through complex software development cycles.
• Familiarity with best practices in code quality, testing, and deployment strategies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on cross-team collaboration and solution delivery.

• The candidate should have minimum 7 years of experience in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting.
• This position is based at our BDC7C - SEZ office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
