- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration into project workflows.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP for Oil & Gas Downstream.
- Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
- Experience in designing and implementing custom software components using modern programming frameworks.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools relevant to enterprise software environments.
- Competence in troubleshooting and optimizing software performance in production environments.
