Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the planning and execution of software development activities to meet project timelines and quality standards.
• Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices to foster professional growth.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment of software components with business goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP EWM.
• Experience in customizing and extending SAP Extended Warehouse Management solutions to meet complex business requirements.
• Strong understanding of warehouse management processes and integration with other enterprise systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within SAP EWM environments effectively.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle methodologies, including agile practices.
• Competence in designing scalable and maintainable software components within SAP landscapes.
