Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to align software development with organizational objectives.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Amazon Web Services (AWS) plus (Python (Programming Language) or DevOps or Infrastructure As Code (IaC)).
- Strong knowledge of cloud architecture and deployment models within Amazon Web Services environments.
- Experience in designing and implementing scalable, secure, and cost-effective cloud solutions.
- Familiarity with automation tools and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize cloud infrastructure and application performance.
- Should have at least 1 AWS certification.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Amazon Web Services (AWS).
- A 15 years full time education is required.
