Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP EWM.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management processes and integration with enterprise resource planning systems.
• Experience in configuring and customizing SAP Extended Warehouse Management modules to meet business requirements.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within SAP EWM environments.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies in the context of SAP solutions.

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP EWM.
• This position is based at our BDC14A - STPI office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
