Summary:

We are seeking an experienced AI Engineer to design, develop, and implement AI-powered solutions within the SAP ecosystem. The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring and deploying SAP Business AI and SAP Joule capabilities, building intelligent business assistants, copilots, and AI-driven workflows that enhance business operations. The role requires hands-on experience in integrating AI services with SAP business processes, developing scalable AI use cases, and ensuring successful deployment of enterprise-grade AI solutions. The candidate will work closely with architects, functional teams, and business stakeholders to deliver innovative, secure, and business-aligned AI capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Configure, develop, and implement SAP Business AI and SAP Joule solutions.

Design and build AI-powered assistants, copilots, and intelligent agents for business processes.

Develop prompt engineering frameworks, orchestration workflows, and agent-based solutions.

Integrate SAP AI services with SAP S/4HANA and other enterprise applications.

Design, develop, test, and deploy AI use cases from MVP to production.

Perform AI model evaluation, output validation, optimization, and performance tuning.

Collaborate with business SMEs and stakeholders to validate AI solutions and business outcomes.

Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and production deployment activities.

Implement monitoring, observability, and performance management practices for AI applications.

Develop reusable AI assets, accelerators, and best practices to improve delivery efficiency.

Provide post-deployment support, hypercare, and continuous improvement for AI solutions.

Ensure adherence to security, governance, compliance, and Responsible AI standards.
