As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, development, and configuration of custom applications while serving as the main liaison for project stakeholders. This role requires coordinating efforts across various teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of software solutions. The position demands proactive problem-solving and decision-making to guide the project towards successful completion, while maintaining clear communication and collaboration with all involved parties throughout the development lifecycle.

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Oversee the implementation of best practices and ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
- Facilitate effective communication channels between cross-functional teams to promote transparency and alignment.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure OpenAI Service.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft Azure Platform as a Service, Python Programming Language, GitHub.
- Strong knowledge of cloud-based application architecture and deployment strategies.
- Experience in designing scalable and secure software solutions within cloud environments.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize application performance in distributed systems.
- Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development workflows.

- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
