We are looking for a passionate, action-driven sales professional to join us in expanding the global market for Cupola360. In this role, you will build and maintain overseas distribution channels and strategic partnerships and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Build, expand, and maintain relationships with distributors and partners across global regions
- Help develop and execute overseas channel strategies to achieve sales targets
Track, forecast, and report on global channel sales performance
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to relay market needs and customer feedback
- Coordinate regional agent and distributor training and onboarding support
- Analyze the competitive landscape and propose responses to grow market share
- Actively drive PoCs (Proof of Concept) and convert them into real business opportunities

Required
- Bachelor's degree or above
- 2-4 years of sales experience (industry is not limited)
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills (business-level fluency is a must)
- Passionate about learning new technologies and able to understand innovative products quickly
- Enthusiastic about promoting and growing the Cupola360 business
- Highly agile, proactive, and action-oriented, with the ability to respond quickly to customer needs
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment where speed, ownership, and execution matter
- Tech-savvy and proficient in using AI tools (such as Codex or similar productivity tools) to improve work efficiency and sales performance
- Outgoing personality
Preferred (but not required)
- Experience in an international channel or overseas market development
Familiarity with selling IT, AI, IoT, or related technology products
- Background in tech manufacturing, AI imaging, networking, security/surveillance, or embedded systems
- Familiarity with B2B partnership models and system-integration sales processes
- Experience in independently developing/managing agents or distributors
