Our Client is one of the fastest growing companies in the investment industry. With rapid expansion plan, they are now looking for a Chief Technology Officer to join their team.

About the job

Reporting to the CEO your role involves:

Lead and mentoring the software engineering team, remaining hands-on with system architecture, code reviews, and writing core software.
Leading IT strategy and own end-to-end full-stack development
Drive the roadmap for agentic systems and Generative AI, overseeing LLM routing, RAG, tool integrations, and quality evaluation frameworks.
Partner directly with investment leaders to translate business objectives into clear technical requirements and production-ready features.
Maintain system reliability, automated testing, continuous integration (CI/CD), and secure development practices.
Direct corporate IT operations, vendor management, and cybersecurity protocols to maintain a strong technology risk posture.

Skills and experience required
As a successful applicant, you will have at least 12 years of professional software engineering experience. At least 5 years of experience managing the team as an overall Head of IT is required fort his role.

Full-stack proficiency in Python (Django), TypeScript, React, and relational database modeling (PostgreSQL).

Proven track record building and evaluating production LLM capabilities (RAG, agents, structured extraction, and tool integration).

Solid grasp of cloud-native delivery (GCP, Azure or AWS), containerization, automated deployment pipelines, and application security.
