    • Job responsibilities:

    • 1. Lead the hardware technical team: Establish and lead an efficient hardware technical team, including hardware engineers, product designers and manufacturing experts, and guide team members to achieve common technical goals.
      2. Technology strategic planning: Formulate the company's hardware technology development strategy, and work with the management team to formulate a technology roadmap and development plan that are consistent with the company's business goals.
      3. Product R&D Management: Responsible for managing the product R&D cycle, ensuring product development progress and quality, and supervising the entire process from concept design to mass production.
      4. Technological innovation and optimization: Actively promote the innovation and optimization of hardware technology, continuously improve product performance, reliability and user experience, and maintain the competitive advantage of the company's products in the market.
      5. Resource management and partnership: Effectively manage the human resources and project budget of the hardware technical team, maintain good cooperative relationships with suppliers and partners, and ensure the stability of the supply chain and the smooth progress of product manufacturing.
      6. Technology monitoring and risk management: Pay close attention to industry technology development trends and competitor dynamics, promptly adjust company technology strategies, and effectively respond to market risks and technical challenges

    • Job requirements:

    • Bachelor degree or above, electronic engineering, computer science, physics or related professional background.
      - At least 8 years of working experience in hardware technology in the field of consumer electronics products, with successful product development and mass production experience.
      - Have rich experience in team management and leadership, able to effectively form and manage cross-functional teams, and coordinate team members to jointly complete project goals.
      - Possess excellent technical innovation and problem-solving abilities, and be able to make decisions quickly and promote execution in complex environments.
      - Have good communication skills and teamwork spirit, and be able to communicate and collaborate effectively with internal departments and external partners.
      - Have a deep understanding of industry technology development trends and market needs, and be able to formulate practical technology strategies and development plans.
