Assist in the administration and management of all daily pre-sales internal and external business process and ensure compliance of the company policy.
Facilitate the customer portals based on order.
Collaboration with account sales and stakeholders in managing product forecast, revenue tracking, and managing forecast accuracy.
Providing the financial data analysis based on the sales request.
Document the business process, troubleshoot and refine sales flows, rules, and processes.
Required Skills
Bachelor's degree.
Experience with marketing/business assistant or financial specialist is preferred.
High level of accuracy and strong attention to detail.
Upper-intermediate English read, writing and speaking.
Confident Microsoft Excel/PPT skills: demonstrating a consistently clean and logical presentation of results achieved through accurate data manipulation, leveraging Pivot Tables and formulas.
SAP experience is plus.
Experience managing customer and other stakeholder expectations.
Experience raising and resolving transactional disputes and an aptitude for identifying and resolving the root causes.
Confident and comfortable communicator, in person, via telephone or email.
Proven ability to prioritize and communicate effectively when managing larger volumes of data, and demonstrate the ownership and pride required to turn around quality results, even within limited time.
A team player with a can-do attitude and a passion for accuracy and integrity.
Experience
Over 5 years experience in the semiconductor industry.
