Cross-platform R&D expert/engineer (Flutter/Android/iOS/Web/PC)-Cross Platform

1. Design and R&D of cross-platform technology engineering architecture, containers, tool chains, high availability, performance optimization, rendering engines and other related work 2. Design and R&D of Flutter technology across all platforms including client (Android/iOS), front-end and desktop 3. Promote the implementation of cross-platform technology solutions in various business lines of ByteDance, and facilitate the efficient development of ByteDance's product lines 4. Research the next generation of cross-platform cutting-edge technologies, and explore the combination and implementation of technical solutions and business scenarios.

1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 2 years of mobile native App development experience (iOS/Android/C++) or front-end development experience 2. Solid computer-related knowledge base, good engineering code specifications, and certain architectural design and engineering practice experience 3. Strong problem analysis, communication, and solving skills strong team awareness and passion for new technologies 4. Deep understanding of React Candidates with any cross-platform technologies such as Native, Weex, Flutter, browser kernel, and small programs will be given priority.
