Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the construction of Douyin cross-border channels, including but not limited to the main channel, sub-channels, and sub-modules. Responsible for the user penetration and conversion of the channel and the high order price rate, and be able to build gameplay within the channel to achieve the core goals 2. Responsible for the design of user shopping guide lines and product capabilities for user growth in the channel. At the same time, you can design public domain entrance solutions and use product solutions to improve business effects for users 3. Facing the growth of cross-border commodity supply and transaction scale, participate in the formulation, consensus and implementation of business growth strategies 4. Promote the implementation of plans for R&D, visual, interaction, operations and other departments, and verify product effectiveness with data, and continue to iterate.
Qualifications
1. Have experience working on e-commerce C-side products, have a solid foundation in e-commerce user products, and have experience in cross-border e-commerce/e-commerce self-operation 2. Have complete design and implementation experience in channel products, including but not limited to shopping guide/marketing modules 3. Strong logic, passionate about work, full of innovative spirit, like challenges, good at thinking, and have good ability to withstand pressure 4. Good cross-team cooperation and organizational coordination skills, passion and sense of responsibility.
