JobResponsibilities

. Develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives to achieve departmentalgoals and contribute to the bank's overall success.
. Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and expensemanagement, ensuring adherence to financial targets.
. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with internal and externalstakeholders, including clients, partners, and regulatory bodies.
. Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, driving revenuegeneration and market share expansion.
. Ensure compliance with all relevant banking regulations, policies, andprocedures.
. Represent the bank in various forums, conferences, and industry events.
. Drive operational excellence and process improvements within the assignedarea.
. Prepare and present reports, analyses, and recommendations to seniormanagement.
. Manage risks effectively, implementing mitigation strategies as required.

Job Qualifications
. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or arelated field. An MBA or advanced degree is highly preferred.
. Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in the banking or financialservices industry, with network in target markets.
. Proven track record of success in strategic planning, business development,and team management.
. Strong understanding of financial products, services, and market dynamics.
. Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
. Experienced in cross-border investment matters and language ability in Koreanand Chinese to manage relationships with target clients.
. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
. High level of integrity and ethical conduct.
