Job Description

Position Overview The CRM System Analyst is responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing customer relationship management systems to enhance business processes and customer interactions. Key Responsibilities 1. System Analysis and Design: - Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis. - Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into CRM solutions. - Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Design CRM system solutions to meet business needs and improve efficiency. 2. System Implementation and Integration: - Work with Operation teams to customize and configure CRM systems. - Lead the implementation and configuration of CRM systems. - Ensure seamless integration of CRM systems with other business systems. - Integrate CRM systems with other business applications and databases. 3. Documentation and Quality Assurance: - Create and maintain documentation on CRM processes and configurations. - Develop and execute test scripts for System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). 4. Training and Documentation: - Develop and deliver training programs for CRM system users. - Create and maintain documentation for system processes and configurations. 5. Continuous Improvement: - Identify opportunities for system enhancements and process improvements. - Stay updated with the latest CRM technologies and best practices.
