Responsibilities
Team introduction: Responsible for the risk control strategy of international credit business, including BNPL, cashloan, seller finance, etc. Conduct comprehensive management of risks before, during, and after the loan process during the business development process to support the healthy development of the business. 1. Responsible for assessing and managing the risks of the credit business, and formulating corresponding risk management strategies based on the assessment results to ensure the safety and stability of the business 2. Monitor and analyze risk indicators of the credit business, and provide early warning and processing of abnormal situations 3. Participate in the formulation and implementation of risk management policies and procedures for the credit business 4. Cooperate with business departments and other relevant departments to jointly control and reduce business risks 5. Submit risk assessment reports and suggestions regularly to provide support for business decisions.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above in finance, economics, statistics and other related majors 2. More than 3 years of credit business risk management experience, with practical experience in risk management in consumer loans, cash loans, supply chain finance and other fields 3. Possess solid risk management knowledge and skills, and be familiar with risk assessment and risk control methods and processes 4. Have good data analysis and statistical skills, and be able to use risk management tools and software proficiently 5. Have good communication and teamwork skills, and be able to work closely with business departments and other related departments 6. Have good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, and be able to use English as a working language.
