We are seeking a Creative Producer who combines strong creative strategy with hands-on production execution capabilities, and who can translate brand ideas into compelling visual content. This role will support the Creative Director throughout the entire processfrom concept development to production executionwhile coordinating collaboration among directors, cinematographers, post-production, and marketing teams to ensure all deliverables achieve both creative excellence and executional quality.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead creative ideation, planning, and script development for video and brand content projects.
- Collaborate with creative teams (design), directors, cinematographers, and post-production partners to drive projects from concept through final delivery. (),
- Plan and manage production budgets, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure projects are delivered on schedule. ,
- Support the Creative Director in preparing pitch decks and organizing visual reference materials.
- Communicate closely with the Creative Director to ensure creative direction aligns with brand language and marketing objectives. ,
- Oversee video production processes, including pre-production planning, on-set execution, and post-production quality control. ,
- Integrate content across multiple formats, including social media, advertising, and event-related videos. ()
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in video production, advertising, or content marketing. 5
- Strong capabilities in advertising creative development, pitching, and cross-functional communication.
- Solid understanding of video production workflows, including pre-production, filming, and post-production, with the ability to coordinate across teams effectively. ,
- Strong aesthetic sense and creative judgment in visual storytelling and brand content.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong time management and problem-solving skills. ,
- Proficient in English communication.

- Strong understanding of directing language and production details.
- Experience with international shoots or cross-cultural production environments.
