Core Responsibilities
Commercial
- P&L accountability for the entire LEGO Taiwan business.
- Responsible for the commercial (sales and marketing) strategy and execution to meet Gross Revenue, Consumer Sales and Brand Health (Active Consumer Base) targets.
- Lead and be responsible for the planning and development of Taiwan GTM, investment, & channel strategy to unlock strategic market & channel opportunities for further growth in collaboration with BU and regional partners.
- Manage and grow successful top-to-top working relationships and partnerships with our strategic customers and partners
People Leadership
- Direct people leadership for the Taiwan sales team and indirect office employee leadership of all Business Unit functions in the Taiwan office.
- Provide site leadership and be responsible for general health, safety, and office management for LEGO Taiwan staff.
- Build a positive and empowering environment to motivate all functional teams to work collaboratively to succeed together and deliver the performance expectations of Taiwan.
- Encourage and build the organization's strength in agility, transformation, and new innovations together with the BU Leadership Team.
- Be the lead role model and embed the LEGO Values & Leadership Playground Values in the LEGO Taiwan office.

This role has key and important responsibilities to embed our LEGO Values to the People culture and day-to-day engagement within LEGO Taiwan and indirectly with whole BU Hong Kong & Taiwan. Growing and developing our People for current success and future growth is also an important expectation of this role to ensure our People are growing together with our Brand and Business.
Do you have what it takes
- A master's degree in a business-related field or equivalent working experience would be preferred.
- A minimum of 10 years experience and a proven record of success in business performance, leadership, and marketing in brand-focused companies, retail, and fast paced consumer goods (FMCG) industries.
- Proven experience in successful GTM strategy and execution, opening new channels, and market expansion.
- Proven experience operating in multi-matrix organizational leadership, both direct and indirect, beyond one's own area of responsibility.
- Strong communication and people leadership skills are needed in engagement with both internal and external partners.
- Willingness to establish a strong sense of team accountability, regardless of functional hierarchy.
- High resilience in a dynamic and constantly evolving environment.
- Strong business proficiency in both written and spoken English and Mandarin (traditional Chinese) is a must.
