Job Description

Country Manager – Taiwan

Lead the growth of a global cybersecurity vendor in one of Asia's most strategic markets.

An exciting opportunity has become available with a high-growth global cybersecurity software company looking to appoint a Country Manager to lead its Taiwan business.

This is not a role for someone who wants to inherit a mature territory. We're looking for an entrepreneurial sales leader who enjoys building markets, opening doors, winning strategic customers and creating momentum.

You'll own the Taiwan go-to-market strategy, develop executive relationships across enterprise customers and partners, and play a key role in driving the next phase of growth.

This is a hands-on commercial leadership role suited to someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments.

Responsibilities

  • Own and execute the Taiwan sales strategy.
  • Drive new business acquisition across enterprise accounts.
  • Build relationships with C-level executives and key decision makers.
  • Develop opportunities within Financial Services and High-Tech Manufacturing.
  • Work closely with channel partners to expand market presence.
  • Accurately forecast pipeline and revenue.
  • Collaborate with regional leadership across APAC.
  • Represent the company at customer meetings and industry events.
  • As the business grows, help build and develop the local team.

About You

We're looking for someone who combines strategic thinking with a genuine hunter mentality.

You'll bring:

  • A proven track record of exceeding enterprise software or cybersecurity sales targets.
  • Experience working within a startup or high-growth technology business.
  • An energetic, proactive and highly driven approach to business development.
  • A genuine passion for opening new opportunities rather than maintaining existing accounts.
  • Existing executive relationships within Taiwan's Financial Services and/or High-Tech Manufacturing sectors.
  • Strong experience managing complex enterprise sales cycles.
  • The ability to engage confidently with CIOs, CISOs and other executive stakeholders.
  • Fluent Mandarin and strong English communication skills.
