Role Description The Country Head of Technology Vertical is a full-time, on-site leadership role based in Taipei, responsible for driving the growth and performance of the technology sector within JAS in the local market. This position oversees commercial strategy, customer development, and operational execution for technology industry clients, ensuring service excellence and alignment with global vertical objectives. The role involves building and managing key customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and coordinating complex logistics and supply chain solutions tailored to technology companies. The Country Head collaborates closely with regional and global vertical leaders, finance, operations, and product teams to optimize pricing, solutions design, and profitability. Daily responsibilities include reviewing performance metrics, guiding local sales and operations teams, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards, and representing JAS in customer and industry meetings.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain management, ideally serving technology industry customers.
• Strong leadership, team management, and stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence across functions and levels.
• Demonstrated capability in commercial strategy, business development, and account management, including negotiation and solution design.
• Solid analytical and financial acumen, including experience with performance metrics, budgeting, and profitability optimization.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; proficiency in Mandarin or other relevant local languages is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Taipei and collaborate effectively within a global, multicultural organization.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus.
• Familiarity with technology sector trends, digital supply chain solutions, and sustainability-related initiatives is beneficial.
