Cost Management Project Manager

Job Description

1. Cost Accounting & Control

• Manage cost accounting operations, establish standard costing, and perform cost settlement.

2. Budgeting & Financial Analysis

• Prepare and monitor annual budgets.

• Conduct cost variance analysis, gross margin analysis, and profitability analysis by product and customer.

• Prepare and analyze management reports, providing actionable improvement recommendations.

3. Investment & Business Evaluation

• Evaluate the financial impact of equipment investments, product lines, new products, new customers, and new transactions.

4. Strategic Projects & Performance Improvement

• Lead annual projects such as the systematization of cost information collection, setting performance indicators for production units, and analyzing operational KPIs.

• Provide decision-making support and propose solutions to enhance operational performance.

Requirement

1. Bachelor degree or above. Major subject in Accounting/Finance/ or Business Administration

2. 10 years of relevant experience, at least 3 years of analysis in semiconductor industry.

3. TOEIC score of 600 or above (or equivalent English proficiency).

4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both of Mandarin and English
