Established in 1987 and headquartered in Taiwan, TSMC pioneered the pure-play foundry business model with an exclusive focus on manufacturing its customers products. The Corporate Sustainability Engagement & Strategy Specialist supports the company's sustainability efforts by creating impactful content and executing creative engagement activities. This role focuses on raising stakeholder awareness of ESG issues and inspiring action through effective communication strategies and multi-channel campaigns. The role requires direct interaction with the company's executive management team to support ESG-related discussions, provide strategic insights, and ensure alignment with corporate ESG goals.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Support the development of ESG engagement strategies to promote sustainability awareness and influence stakeholder behavior.
2. Plan and execute creative activities, campaigns, and events aligned with company values and sustainability goals.
3. Produce high-quality, multilingual ESG content for various communication channels with minimal supervision.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and directly support the executive management team in ESG-related initiatives.
5. Optimize meta titles, descriptions, and alt tags for SEO best practices to improve website performance metrics.
6. Assist in ESG data collection, reporting, and performance tracking in line with global standards.
Job Qualifications:
1. 5+ years of experience in ESG, marketing, communications, or related fields.
2. Bachelor's degree in Communications, Sustainability, Digital Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or related fields.
3. Exceptional written and spoken English and Chinese; proficiency in Japanese or German is a plus.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SEO tools, CMS platforms, and basic knowledge of digital content development.
5. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities, with experience supporting senior management.
6. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and adapt to change.
7. Strong project coordination, multitasking, and time management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Experience in event marketing, sustainability campaigns, or corporate communications.
2. Familiarity with high-tech or semiconductor industry environments.
