We are looking for a Corporate Services Executive / Manager to manage the ongoing statutory and annual compliance requirements of a portfolio of Singapore companies.
This is a cross-functional role covering corporate tax compliance, accounting coordination and corporate secretarial matters. We are particularly interested in candidates with a good foundation in Singapore corporate tax and accounting, as training can be provided for corporate secretarial procedures and ACRA filings.
The key objective of the role is to ensure that each assigned company remains fully compliant across both ACRA and IRAS requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Tax & Annual Compliance
- Monitor and manage the annual compliance cycle for a portfolio of Singapore companies
- Coordinate and/or handle IRAS corporate income tax compliance, including:
- Estimated Chargeable Income (ECI)
- Form C-S / Form C
- Corporate tax filing deadlines and supporting schedules - Review accounting and financial information required for annual tax and statutory filings
- Coordinate with accountants, tax personnel and clients to obtain outstanding information and resolve filing issues
- Monitor companies financial year-ends and ensure all annual compliance obligations are completed within the applicable deadlines
- Maintain a 360° view of each client's compliance status, covering both IRAS and ACRA requirements
- Identify overdue or upcoming compliance matters and follow through until completion
Corporate Secretarial
- Handle and coordinate AGMs, Annual Returns, EGMs and ACRA filings
- Prepare standard directors and shareholders resolutions and corporate documents
- Handle common corporate changes such as:
- Appointment/resignation of directors and secretaries
- Share allotments and transfers
- Changes in shareholders, registered address and company particulars
- Changes in share capital
- Incorporations and strike-offs - Maintain statutory registers and corporate records
- Ensure post-filing records and internal systems are properly updated
- Act as the statutory Company Secretary for client companies, where eligible and assigned
- Support other corporate secretarial and regulatory matters as required
Training can be provided on ACRA filing procedures and internal corporate secretarial processes for candidates with a strong accounting and tax foundation.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, Business or a related discipline
- Good understanding of Singapore corporate income tax and accounting principles
- Familiarity with ECI and Form C-S / Form C preparation or filing is highly preferred
- Able to understand and review financial statements and basic accounting records
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple companies and statutory deadlines
- Good written and spoken English
- Comfortable working across tax, accounting, corporate secretarial and compliance matters
- Willing to learn Singapore corporate secretarial procedures and ACRA filing requirements
Advantageous
- Previous experience in an accounting, tax, corporate services or professional services firm
- Hands-on experience with Singapore corporate income tax compliance
- Knowledge of ACRA filings and Singapore corporate secretarial work
- Registered Qualified Individual (RQI) status or eligibility to become an RQI
- Chartered Accountant, ACCA or equivalent professional qualification
- Ability to Certify True Copies (CTC) where applicable
- Experience managing a portfolio of corporate clients
Executive / Manager Level
The level of appointment will depend on the candidate's experience.
Executive-level candidates should have a solid accounting/tax foundation and be able to manage compliance matters with guidance.
Manager-level candidates should be able to independently manage a client portfolio, review more complex tax and compliance matters, supervise team members and take overall ownership of client compliance deadlines.

The person should be able to understand the company's financial and tax position, track its IRAS and ACRA obligations, coordinate the necessary work and make sure that the company's annual compliance cycle is properly completed from start to finish.
