Corporate Product Manager

Brief Summary

Join a dynamic team to enhance customer onboarding and KYC processes, leading innovative product development from inception to launch. This role is focused on collaboration and strategy to support business growth.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and optimize the customer onboarding and KYC lifecycle processes, including digital workflow enhancements. Lead the complete product development lifecycle, from gathering requirements to development, launch, and post-launch optimization. Collaborate with various internal stakeholders, including Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Operations, to ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards. Engage in projects and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) related to new functions and improvements of online banking services. Formulate and implement product strategies to drive business growth and achieve revenue objectives. Conduct periodic reviews and updates of policies and procedures. Provide training sessions for business teams on new products and product optimizations. Perform additional duties as assigned by the team lead. Able to converse in Mandarin, in order to liaise with Native Chinese clients and colleagues from China HQ

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Banking, Business Administration, or a related field equivalent professional qualifications combined with relevant experience will also be taken into account. Able to converse in Mandarin, in order to liaise with Native Chinese clients and colleagues from China HQ 3-5 years of experience in banking product management, particularly in corporate online banking, cash management, client onboarding/KYC enhancements, or product governance. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members. Ability to work independently, organize tasks, and engage with business partners or service providers. Detail-oriented, diligent, and efficient in delivering results. Capable of functioning effectively under pressure from workload and time constraints. Strong proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
