Corporate Planning Executive (Power BI/ Business Analysis/ Budgeting/ Hybrid work arrangement)

• Working hrs: Mon - Fri, 9am - 6pm (with WFH arrangement)
• Location: Paya Lebar
• Salary: Up to $4,600 + AWS + VB

Summary

Support corporate planning activities through reporting, budgeting, pricing coordination, business analysis, and process improvement to ensure smooth operations and informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze business reports, dashboards, and performance data.
• Support budgeting, business planning, and pricing activities.
• Monitor key business trends and provide insights to management.
• Coordinate with internal departments and HQ on planning and reporting matters.
• Maintain SOPs, documentation, and compliance records.
• Track project progress, action items, and follow-ups.
• Support process improvement initiatives and operational efficiency.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of relevant experience in Corporate Planning, Business Analysis, or similar functions.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Power BI.
