Responsibilities
Team introduction: Feishu KA Customer Success team is the first consulting team in the industry that focuses on improving corporate performance. Based on Feishu, it helps customers complete digital transformation and upgrades. Through in-depth diagnosis and analysis of organizational structure, business processes, communication and collaboration and other scenarios, we can tailor best practices for improving overall efficiency for customers and become the most valuable partner in enterprise digital construction. 1. Industry business experts who can comprehensively sort out and diagnose the complex business of industry customers, combine Feishu to create industry practices, establish industry benchmarks, and form industry influence 2. Provide consulting services related to improving corporate business efficiency for medium and large-scale customers, identify customers key business scenarios, determine solutions and implementation plans, and use Feishu and related tools to improve organizational effectiveness for customers. Be able to smoothly start, promote, implement and review projects, and complete the phased goals of the customer's Feishu project 3. Have high-level conversations with customers to ensure that the customer's top management has a clear perception of the value of Feishu products 4. Accumulate industry solutions and be replicable.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, rich experience in management consulting, IT consulting and digital transformation implementation in the automobile manufacturing industry 2. Proficient in consulting and implementation methods such as enterprise business efficiency improvement/business digital transformation, and have strong insight and understanding of the industry 3. Collaborate with the team to improve the efficiency of business scenarios for medium and large customers, and combine Feishu and related tools to provide customers with solutions and implement them 4. Excellent interpersonal communication skills, strong thirst for knowledge, abundant energy, and excellent teamwork skills 5. Excellent interpersonal communication and dialogue skills with senior management, able to establish long-term and stable cooperative relationships with senior customers 6. Have certain ability to write industry business plan documents.
