Job Description

Our client is a well-established organization with regional operations and a dynamic commercial environment. They are seeking an experienced Corporate Finance Manager, Trading & Risk to partner closely with the business by providing financial insights, driving performance management, and supporting effective risk and capital allocation decisions. This role will play a key part in financial planning, reporting, and business partnering to support sustainable growth and value creation.


Responsibilities

  • :Provide financial analysis and commercial insights to support business decision-making and profitabilit
  • ySupport joint venture operations and review commercial agreements and fee structure
  • sDrive process improvements in reporting and strengthen internal control
  • sSupport tax-related analysis and business integration initiative
  • sLead budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking activitie
  • sMonitor financial risks, including foreign exchange, counterparty, interest rate, and commodity exposures, and recommend appropriate control
  • sPartner with Treasury to optimize working capital and liquidity managemen
  • tOversee financial reporting activities and coordinate external audit

Requirement

  • s:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipli
  • neCPA, CFA, or MBA qualification is advantageo
  • usMinimum 6–8 years of experience in corporate finance, financial planning & analysis, or business partnering rol
  • esExposure to trading, commodities, manufacturing, energy, or multinational environments would be benefici
  • alStrong financial modelling, forecasting, and analytical capabiliti
  • esGood understanding of treasury, working capital management, and financial risk concep
  • tsStrong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across functio
  • nsAble to support strategic initiatives and drive projects in a fast-paced environme
