Responsibilities

• Lead origination, structuring, and execution of mergers and acquisitions, fundraising, and corporate finance transactions. Conduct financial modeling and valuation analysis utilizing various methodologies such as DCF and market comparables. Create pitch books, information memorandums, and presentation materials for client engagements. Perform due diligence and valuation assessments on corporations and assets. Conduct thorough market, industry, and company research, and prepare detailed reports using databases such as Bloomberg and CapIQ. Manage stakeholder relationships effectively, collaborating with internal teams, clients, and external advisors.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a closely related field. A minimum of 1-2 years of relevant full-time experience in mergers and acquisitions, preferably in investment banking or corporate finance. Strong proficiency in Bloomberg, CapIQ, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, demonstrating clarity and conciseness. Strong analytical and numerate abilities, with a foundational understanding of accounting and finance principles. Ability to prioritize tasks effectively, learn quickly, and exhibit a strong work ethic. Meticulous attention to detail and a genuine interest in investment banking and finance.
