Role Overview
As a Corporate Development Manager, you will play a key role in driving the company's growth strategy through commercial projects, strategic partnerships, investments, potential M&A opportunities and capital raising. You will work closely with the CFO and senior leadership team on high-impact initiatives across markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate commercial projects, strategic partnerships, investment, and M&A opportunities
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, finance, and operations teams
- Lead end-to-end deal execution, including sourcing, financial modeling, due diligence, and negotiation
- Support fundraising activities, investor relations, and board materials preparation
- Develop business cases and strategic analyses to support key decisions
- Build and maintain relationships with partners, investors, and external stakeholders
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis in the AI and tech ecosystem
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Corporate Development, Investment Banking/Finance, Private Equity, Venture Capital, or Strategic Consulting
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
- Experience in deal execution (M&A, partnerships, or investments)
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management skills and team collaboration
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
- Fluent in English and Strong Mandarin language skills

- Experience in AI, SaaS, or technology industry
- Prior experience in a high-growth startup environment
- Familiarity with cross-border transactions
