Commercial Contracts & Risk Management:

• Review, draft, and negotiate complex, strategic, and cross-border commercial agreements.

• Provide practical, commercially focused legal advice on contractual risks and business matters.

• Work closely with internal stakeholders across functions and regions to provide practical legal solutions and support business objectives.

• Perform other legal and governance-related duties and projects as required to support the broader Group Legal function.

What you'll bring

• Qualified lawyer with 10–15 years of post-qualification experience (PQE).

• Experience working in a law firm and/or multinational corporation, with strong exposure to commercial contracting and corporate legal matters.

• Strong experience in commercial contracts, legal operations, corporate governance, and risk management.

• Experience in the FMCG, consumer products, manufacturing, or related industries is preferred.

• Experience with contract management systems, contract lifecycle management, or global legal governance is highly desirable.

• Professional proficiency in English and Mandarin Chinese, with the ability to work effectively in a global, multicultural organization.

• Strong commercial judgment, business acumen, and attention to detail.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across cultures and functions.

• A proactive, hands-on, and solution-oriented approach, with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.

What You'll Get:

  • Dynamic Global Environment: Gain hands-on experience in a rapidly growing international company, with exposure to global best practices.
