Job Description

Responsibilities

Compensation Strategy & Execution

  1. Develop compensation strategy, lead strategic projects and manage stakeholders for defining the best compensation framework in supporting business operations.
  2. Conduct market analysis to ensure competitive pay practices aligned with industry benchmarks.
  3. Design and implement short-term and long-term incentive programs, including bonuses, equity compensation, and recognition programs.
  4. Ensure internal equity and compliance with international compensation regulations and labor laws.
  5. Lead annual salary reviews, job evaluations, and pay adjustments.

Benefits Management

  1. Design and manage global benefits programs, including health, retirement, wellness, and leave policies.
  2. Evaluate current benefits offerings and recommend improvements to enhance employee satisfaction and cost-effectiveness.
  3. Ensure compliance with local, regional, and international benefits regulations.
  4. Oversee vendor management and negotiations for benefits programs.

Global Total Rewards & Governance

  1. Develop a global total rewards philosophy that aligns with business strategy and company culture.
  2. Ensure compensation and benefits policies across regions are considering local market conditions.
  3. Analyze compensation and benefits trends to ensure a competitive edge in talent acquisition and retention.
  4. Provide guidance and training to HRBP, site HR and business leaders on compensation and benefits policies.

Compliance Management

  1. Ensure accurate compensation and benefits data management, reporting, and analytics.
  2. Maintain compliance with international labor laws, tax regulations, and corporate governance standards.
  3. Partner with legal, finance, HRBP and site HR teams to mitigate risks and ensure regulatory compliance.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • 15+ years of experience in compensation and benefits, with at least 8 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of international compensation structures, job evaluation methodologies, and benefits administration.
  • Experience managing global benefits programs and working across multiple countries.
  • Familiarity with HR systems, compensation tools, and data analytics.
  • Strong analytical, project management and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Certifications such as Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or Global
  • Remuneration Professional (GRP) are a plus.
