Corporate Communications & Branding Associate (HR Communications)

About the Role

Our client is looking for a Corporate Communications & Branding Associate to join the Human Resources team. This is a hybrid communications role that combines corporate communications, employer branding, internal communications and brand marketing. You will help strengthen the company's corporate image while driving employee engagement and ensuring consistent brand messaging across internal and external communication channels.

Responsibilities

• Develop internal and external communication content.
• Manage employer branding and corporate branding initiatives.
• Create newsletters, announcements, presentations and social media content.
• Coordinate corporate events, media engagements and employee communication campaigns.
• Support branding, PR and communication projects across the organisation.

Requirements

• 1-4 years experience in Corporate Communications, PR, Branding or Marketing Communications.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and project coordination abilities.
• Experience in employer branding or internal communications is an advantage.
