Corporate & Leveraged Finance Intern (6-12 months contract)

Summary

Department: Corporate & Leveraged Finance

The position will assist in the origination and execution of transactions in the AFA & LTFG transactions in APAC and eligible candidates should be available to start the position fromApril 2026.

Key Responsibilities

. Assist senior team members in the origination of new business for both Leveraged, TMT & Acquisition Finance and Rating & Capital Structure Advisory in CLF
. Support deal execution throughout the Asia-Pacific region as assigned by seniors
. Perform financial and credit analysis, research and modelling in the execution of mandates
. Prepare marketing, proposals or presentations to prospective clients
. Draft credit applications and annual reviews incl. rating, PI analysis, KYC etc. as required
. Provide general assistance to the team in all commercial, execution, marketing and reporting / budgeting functions

Bachelor or Master student in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance or relevant discipline
