Responsibilities
Finance/Controlling
• Prepare and ensure the accuracy and timely submission of periodical closing, reporting and analysis for internal management reports / assigned finance topics.
• Prepare financial analysis with business-focused variance/deviation tracking, investigate and identify significant variances, and provide insights based on the result to support business decisions.
• Responsible for business case simulation, cost-benefit analysis per request if any new business & products, new business initiatives and projects.
• Conduct the back-testing with project team for the implementation of new business & product, new business initiatives and projects.
• Act as the main contact point of HQ controlling topics and discussions.
• Coordinate cross-functionally, conduct and analyze HQ planning tools and be responsible for monthly performance review, rolling forecasts and 5-year financial planning.
• Review and analyze performance deviations of planning v.s. actuals results to the regional/local management team and HQ and prepare high-level dashboard.
• Steer the pricing and profitability/margin.
• Steer and closely monitor the planned budget over incentive/campaign proposals.
• Partnership with departments to steer departments planning and relevant investments/utilizations.
• Responsible for overhead and cost management and relevant KPIs calculation.
Business Partnerships
• Collaborate with other departments to provide financial expertise for cross-functional tasks.
• Assist in testing and verification of internal campaign code setup.
• Partnership with front-end office to reconcile sales data, portfolio performance and etc.
Process Optimization & Improvement
• Help to identify opportunities to streamline controlling regular processes for optimization & production efficiency.
Assist on daily e-banking transaction approvals and GL voucher approvals posted by Finance colleagues.
Other tasks on demand and assigned.
Qualifications
- At least 5 to 10 years in financial and portfolio analysis and accounting matters, experience in consumer finance industry would be a plus.
- Experience in financial and banking industries would be a plus.
- As least 3 years leadership experience is desirable.
- Able to work independently and flexibility.
- Able to work under pressure and open-minded, self-motivated.
- With teamwork spirit and problem solving skills.
- Good at communication cross functionally.
- Detail-oriented with analytical skills.
- Strong willing to take challenges.
- Good in communication/ organization skill.
