Position Summary:
This role should be a cross-functional business partner to work closely with marketing and Sales team and provide financial partnership in financial planning, budgeting, cost control and investment studies, analyses, etc.
Key Responsibility:
Project management
- Act as key user in LIFT project (Luxury Integration & Fusion Technology Project) to coordinate cross-functionally to ensure smooth local implementation
Accounting
- In charge of Fixed Assets accounting, T&E and vender master maintenance
Financial planning and business partnering
- Provide advice and decision support to brand team through financial steering and planning, performance tracking, business analysis, budgeting and forecasting process and performance management
- Further enhance marketing investment analysis to measure and enhance marketing campaign effectiveness and ROI, lead MB review meeting to focus on MB efficiency
- Prepare variance analysis budget/forecasting vs actual closing on monthly basis and focus areas to improve
Team development
- Timely feedback to team on continuous improvement and capability enhancement
Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting or equivalent, work experience in finance for retail luxury / cosmetics or FMCG exposure or BIG 4 audit firms is preferred
- Challenging business partner with strong analytical skills and hands-on mentality
- Collaborative team player with different cross-functional teams with strong communication and influencing skills
- Self-motivated, pro-active drive to achieve deliverables even under tight schedules
- Excellent both spoken & written English communication skills
- Advanced MS Excel and working knowledge of SAP is highly appreciated
