Responsibilities:
- Responsible for progress claims and all related matters with contracts
- Act as key liaison for operations/site matters and office administration matters
- Coordinate with operations team, contractors and site engineers
- Other administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- 2 - 5 years of relevant work experience in office administration
- GCE O/N Level / Equivalent
- Proficient in Microsoft Word/Excel
- knowledge and experience in construction industry is an added advantage
- Possess good coordination and organization skills
- Great team player who is independent with pleasant disposition
- Hardworking, self-driven and high sense responsibility, good time management skills
- Biligual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking customers
