Job Description
The Key accountabilities cover:
- To perform the distribution process for UT/SN/Bonds/Equity/ETF transaction include Subscription/Redemption
- To perform distribution process for UT/SN/Bonds/Equity/ETF dividend / coupon payment
- To perform Settlement instruction with custodian bank / broker
- To prepare regulatory reporting data of OTC/TDCC/TA/CBC Media reporting
- To perform Corporation event handling including issuer call, coupon payment, stock split/Reverse Stock Split..etc
- To perform FX/TD/FT/Leave order/DCI transaction/LO notice letter preparation/CBC reporting process /Non-Resident Interest tax reporting process /DCI&SIP processes (Subscription/Settlement/Fixing/Payment/OTC Reporting)
- Account entry booking for Investment product
- Co-working with stakeholder for assigned project, such as Product team, IT, Branch etc
- Support UAT for system enhancement/issue fixing etc
- Support end to end UAT testing, data verification and result validation
- Assist in UAT issue log, tracking, testing, re-testing and consolidation report
Requirement
- Bachelor's degree or above
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiar with MSFT Office, including Microsoft word, Microsoft excel, and PowerPoint
- Patience and able to work under pressure
- License of is must ; / is a plus
