Role Description This is a contract, hybrid role based in Taiwan, with a mix of on-site work and work-from-home flexibility. The Contract Recruiter will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers for technical and non-technical roles. The role involves partnering closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, define role requirements, and develop effective recruitment strategies. The Contract Recruiter will proactively build and maintain talent pipelines using multiple channels such as job boards, professional networks, referrals, and direct outreach. Responsibilities also include managing candidate communication, ensuring a positive experience throughout the hiring process, maintaining accurate recruitment data in applicant tracking systems, and supporting employer branding initiatives in the local market.
Qualifications
- Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination.
- Ability to recruit for technical roles (semiconductor, embedded systems, hardware/software engineering) as well as business and support functions.
- Strong skills in using job portals, professional networks (e.g., LinkedIn), social media, and direct sourcing techniques to identify and engage talent.
- Effective stakeholder management skills, with experience collaborating with hiring managers and HR partners to align on hiring plans and timelines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Mandarin or other local languages in Taiwan is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfort working in a hybrid setting, with the discipline to work independently and the flexibility to collaborate on-site as needed.
- Prior experience recruiting in the semiconductor, electronics, or technology sectors is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
