Overview

Synaptics is looking for a Part-Time Recruiter for a 6-month contract. In partnership with hiring teams, you will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and hiring highly qualified talent for Synaptics.

Job Duties

Responsibilities & Competencies

• Effectively source and identify talent pipelines for the organization
• Actively partner and consult with hiring teams in the development of hiring strategy
• Ensure an effective candidate assessment process through interviewing and evaluation
• Participate in the development of candidate compensation packages, ensuring alignment with Synaptics compensation philosophy
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding

Qualifications (Requirements)

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• 5+ years of experience in recruitment or human resources, preferably in technology companies
• Experience utilizing job boards and computer systems designed specifically for HR
• Proven success in conducting interviews using various methods (phone, video, email, in-person)
• No travel required
