Position Summary
We are hiring two Sales Managersone based in Taoyuan, Taiwan and one in Suzhou, Chinato drive client acquisition, expand key accounts, and deliver revenue growth by identifying and developing new business opportunities across customers, partners, and channels.
KRA & Performance Indicator
- Develop and maintain key OEM/JDM accounts; identify needs and provide tailored solutions
- Drive customer acquisition to achieve order intake targets
- Lead customer negotiations on commercial terms and prepare quotations
- Provide rolling sales forecasts
- Gather market intelligence and identify new business opportunities
- Manage and strengthen customer relationships
- Support project managers in project execution, including monitoring progress, resource allocation, and cost control, to meet project KPIs
- Collect and review cost data from different departments to prepare factsheets and quotations
- Coordinate production planning for timely delivery
- Assist in resolving customer complaints (OPL) and support AR/SAT processes
- Contribute to OEM/ODM vendor development initiatives
Candidate Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above; technical background with business management experience preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of equipment sales experience with strong customer management skills.
- Knowledge of project management from quotation to delivery.
- Strong analytical and strategic planning skills to drive growth and win new orders.
- Strong technical/product knowledge and ability to influence customers.
- Quick learner, proactive, and able to grasp new technologies and market trends.
- Fluent in English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
