Job description
We are now seeking for Contract HR Specialist (C&B focus)
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support Head of Reward to review and apply company rules for pay and benefits
- Support projects like salary reviews, performance checks, and budgeting.
- Make sure HR data is correct and reports are done on time.
- Handle staff moves between regions and help with other tasks when needed.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a similar field.
- At least 2 years of experience in a large company or international business.
- Good English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua) speaking and writing skills.
