Job Description

  • Manage, track, attend, resolve Centralised Cooling System (CCS) issues inside HDB Dwelling Units
  • Work closely with cross functional teams and various stakeholders including customers, contractors, agencies and ensure effective execution of works and resolution of issues
  • Face and explain to customers on the process and supervise works to ensure quality and quick resolution of the issues
  • Able to use various IT systems tools, MS Office applications and data to update, seek internal approvals (if required) and resolve issues on the ground
  • Ensure works order, completion certificates etc are generated and validated for contractor works
  • Maintain various databases for management reporting
  • Any other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • At least a Degree with at least 2 to 3 years of experience in operations and customer service roles.
  • Effective communication skills.
