Responsibilities
1. Gain insights into content propositions and user consumption trends inside and outside the site, explore supply and traffic opportunities, solve e-commerce content pain points, and promote the growth of target supply and traffic 2. Content supply growth: Build a content (including short videos, graphics, and live broadcasts) supply traction mechanism, improve content mining, supply and demand analysis, supply traction to promote production capacity, effect evaluation and other operational work open up product and operation integrated operation links, and collaborate with Douyin platform stakeholders 3. Event planning and content creativity: 1) Based on the content proposition of the platform and user consumption trends, plan and organize e-commerce theme activities to attract experts, merchants, and users to produce more high-quality e-commerce related content, and be responsible for the quality of submissions, activity traffic, and transaction goals 2) Quickly gain insight into content hot spots and trends inside and outside the site, create content ideas that can inspire submissions, and implement operational mechanisms, event operations, and other methods to increase the volume of content submissions 4. High-quality content operations: 1) Responsible for the formulation of high-quality content paradigms collaborate with relevant parties and products to promote high-quality GTM, and achieve growth in high-quality content supply, traffic, and transactions 2) Responsible for collaboratively integrating internal content distribution mechanisms, designing solutions together with product research and development, ensuring that content distribution by high-quality creators forms a positive cycle, constantly exploring better content guidance, and helping to build users e-commerce planting and consumption awareness 5. Project Coordination and Mechanism Precipitation: Responsible for coordinating the overall progress of the project, running through the entire process operation mechanism, verifying and precipitating manuscript promotion and high-quality content methods, and investing in application scenarios in different industries.
Qualifications
1. Have relevant experience in Internet content operations, and have experience in C-side activities and creative operation of activities 2. Familiar with mainstream platform ecology, and have a keen awareness of popular online information have the ability to create content and have a clear understanding and grasp of user needs, and experience in systematic output content strategies will be preferred 3.
